Player's Complaint

Good evening,

I a problems which concers vulkanbet.com.

I won 3000 EUR and after having been fully verified I asked for a withdrawal on April 26. Down to the present day it did not work. AS soon when I contact he casino via email, they are friendly but simply refuse to pay pretending there was a 'technical problem' which will be resolved 'soon' , that my withdrawal is active and 'we are doing our best to solve that issue (which they dont describe) and pay out as soon as possible'.

For me, this looks like a clear strategy to prevent my from my winnings. I wrote them this and their reply was 'if there happen any issues, we try to solve them quickly'. Which of course never happened.

So I highly doubt they have the money or they just dont want to pay.

I appreciate your assistance here! thank you thepogg and regards, [EDIT]

Hi chizie - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with a group that are Blacklisted with this service as they have been confirmed to have used non-genuine software. In short they're a high risk property that's unlikely to be willing to cooperate with this service. Nevertheless we will contact the operator but you need to understand from the outset that the chances that we can do anything to help you are low.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Dear thepogg team,
That does not sound very good indeed. Thank you anyway for your assistance. If I had known they are blacklisted I would never ever have played with them. Maybe they will cooperate...
Best regards,
[EDIT]

Dear thepogg-team
I would like to update you that my withdrawal which has already been granted but on hold „for technical reasons“ for more than 10 days, has been rolled back to my account „for personal reasons“.
Do you think it is promising to contact a lawyer or is there absolutely no more chance to get paid?
Thank you very much!!
Regards [EDIT]

Hi chizie,

Unfortunately you're playing with an operator that do not hold any gambling license that we're aware of. To take legal action you would need to establish which country their business is registered in and obtain legal representation there. I have never heard of a player successfully pursuing this group via the court system.

hi Thepogg,
some things happened now. First of all, in an email the say they are runned by Global Innovation which is regulated and licensed by Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). Is that a license?
Moreover, they paid me 200 EUR. What happened is that they hold back my withdrawal request for more than 2 weeks, just telling me it was not their mistake it didnt work. Now they enabled me to withdraw with another method (they recommened skrill which I did) but because my withdrawal failed 2 times (with two different methods, each time they blocked it for a long time just to roll back my withdrawal request) now they want 20% for paying me.
This means they pretend to pay me now but just 2400 of the 3000 (which would be a success for a black listed company though I think).
I asked only for 200 in my first withdrawal to check if they pay, but now it took them just 2 days. So today I asked for 2000, and I am curious if they will come up with another excuse.
Do you see a possibility of getting back the whole amount since I dont consider those 20% fee as fair. It was clearly their mistake to block me on purpose...

thank you very much!! Regards,[EDIT]

Hi chizie,

Could you please forward on the communications where they informed you they were part of the Global Innovation Group to [email protected]?

As things stand the operator have been entirely unresponsive to our efforts to talk to them so far.

Thanks,

Online Casino Refusing To Pay Credit Card

dear thepogg,
I sent you a screenshot yesterday.
It is very weird but my last 2 withdrawal requests were successful. First I asked for 200 as I already mentioned, then I got 2000 yesterday what I never expected after they were delaying any requests from my side and not paying anything. Now I will check what happens to the money left and keep you posted.
Anyway: Thank you very much for your assistance! Best regards [EDIT]

Hi chizie,

Thank you for your email. Indeed this version of the VulkanBet operation does appear to have a MGA license, though there are numerous sources online connecting this site and affiliate program to the unlicensed Russian facing arm of the group so it seems likely that the two are effectively one and the same.

I'm glad to hear money is coming through from them. Let's give it a couple of weeks for the last instalment to arrive before taking further action. If you could let us know as/when the payment arrives I'd appreciated it.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Dear thepogg,
blelieve it or not but I received all my money. The last transaction was even done with highspeed which is quite hard to believe after what happened before. When you wrote me that they are blacklisted I was convinced it would be almost impossible to get my money back, but your intervention was certainly helpful.
The only amount I will not get from them is 40EUR (the 20% fee which they imposed on my first withdrawal of 200EUR) which of course is not fair but given that they paid 2960 of 3000 and they are blacklisted there is not too much to complain about.
I would like to thank you once again for your very good cooperation!
Best regards, [EDIT]

Hi chizie,

Thanks for letting us know - it is appreciated! I personally doubt that our intervention had much of an impact in this case, but I'm happy to hear you've got your money!
